Pioneer DJM750MK2 traktor mapping

so basically, I bought the traktor x1 mk3 Controller with the pioneer djm 750 mk2 mixer , and I thought that I would use both in traktor pro 3 software, the Traktor controller worked perfectly and easy to setup, however the pioneer mixer didn’t work as I expected ( I tried all the mentioned solutions of audio setup with external mode , I literally did the settings exactly as in the screenshot provided by the community here but nothing worked as I hoped , I then tried to experiment with different settings and didn’t work too ) . 3 band eq was working, the color band fx is working too. But the 4 faders and cross fader are not working at all. Even the beat fx are not working as well .I was only able to control the volume using the trim nob and listen by headphones with cue ( thats how I knew the 3 band eq was working) . I emailed Native instruments and they told me that I need a mapping for the pioneer mixer for it to work completely but I couldn’t find anything, the other time they told me ask the community which I already did and here I’m
My desired setup was the traktor x1 mk3 as if it is a cdj (with the play pause and sync with the fx and etc. )and the pioneer djm 750 mk2 as the mixer with the faders and crossfader and fx .

I have a strong feeling the faders work, but you have to listen to master, not channel cue.
You will see no change in the traktor UI while moving the faders. That is normal.
You can also to connect anything (CD Player, phone, whatever) to the line in on the djm, just to rule out anything being wrong with the actual faders (but I doubt that)

I got the same feeling when they mentioned they were mixing on headphones.
@RICKNOX CUE lets you listen to the channel before opening the fader, so unless you are CUEing the master (5th CUE button on the right), you wouldn't hear a difference when opening the fader.
Assuming you can preview the Beat FX in your headphones on a DJM mixer, the Beat FX would have to be assigned to the channel you're listening to, or if they're assigned to the master, you have to again CUE the master to hear them.

@lord-carlos good news , I finally managed to get the mixer working with the traktor x1 mk3 with the effects and all functions. But I encountered a problem, When I’m listening to the music through headphones I hear pop or click sounds that happen every 3-5 seconds , Its very annoying and I dont know what to do , Ist a soundcard problem or a headphone mixer jack problem? Or is it something else?

Try to play something from a phone or CD player (something line in) through the DJM, see if you still have that issue. That would rule out all the software and USB stuff.
If you still hear it, try a different headphone.

@lord-carlos and that would be using a RCA to TRS cable connected to phone or laptop right? And mixer set to line mode ?

Yes, for example.

well I just tested the mixer with different headphones , same problem, and I also checked if it is a cpu overload thing from the laptop, its also not , so I’m suspecting its a sound card problem or a headphone jack problem

I use a DJM-850 and it works with Traktor flawlessly… I use it only as an audio interface and mixer, but I have mapped some of the buttons/knobs as midi controls in Traktor, so, I know you can use both midi and audio at the same time.
I think I've got it mate! Have you got the input selector on each channel set to "USB"???

Yes , all channels are set to usb
