I have purchased a new Microsoft Surface 9, 16gig RAM.
Has two Thunderbolt 4 usb C shape ports as outputs.
Upgraded to Traktor Pro 4 when installing my apps on new machine.
I own a Traktor MK2 S2 hardware unit.
When I plug in a USB c to USB A hub the hardware shows power, but when launching Traktor Pro 4, no audio device or controller is recognised.
I have tried unplugging the hub and reconnecting and rerstarting the software.
I have tried turning hardware on and off.
Thinking of two potential solutions:
1. Purchase a USB B to USB C cable to connect straight to the computer.
2. Purchase a thunderbolt 4 hub, not just a USB C hub. Potentially it is the power source that is disrupting the data flow. I have tried to turn off power to the power port and reapply, but no luck.
Has anyone else faced this with the new Pro 4?
I'm not sure how to troubleshoot two issues at once.🕑️ I have a gig on Friday!!
