Some patches, e.g. metaphysical Function, have an X/Y display. Is there a way in Reaktor to record the content of this X/Y object so it can be processed by some other application?
Nope, not possible.
You can use an external screen cap, OBS studio works great, if needed you can also expand the X/Y size and custom its delay time, and modify the colours of the wav and the background in the reaktor settings pane.
