session prime bass track does not play back any sound

There are occassions that when I press play the prime bass track does not play back any sound. I would reload a different type of bass but still doesn't play back a sound. in every instance I would have to shut down Logic Pro X and restart it. Once restarted, session prime bass works.

    Sorry to stumble upon your post so long after. Do you still have this issue? What's your operation system? What version of Logic? Can you recreate the issue in a new project? When this happens, if you play notes on the onscreen keyboard, do you get sound? Any particular event or fact common to this occasional issue?

    Thank you for responding Jeremy, yes still having this issue with Prime Bass. it also happened on other projects. works for days then all of a sudden there is not sound from that track. no sound on the screen or keyboard. I would even switch bass types and still no sound until i reboot Logic. there are no particular events or changes to the system when this occurs. I can play the track 20 or so times and then the 21st time it goes silent. using Sonoma 14.6.1. Strange.

    Is there anything unusual in this area?

    If you select Purge samples or Reload all samples, does the sound come back?

    It happened again so I reloaded all samples as suggested and it worked.

    Now in KK I tried to load and click on an instrument in Exhale, Vocalise and Now Prime Bass and I get a pop up that says Plug in not found. what is going on?

    Is it the same in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

    Can you open the libraries in Kontakt in standalone?

    What version of Kontakt are you using?
