I downloaded Bouquet but can't load it because it says I need to update to Player 7.10 (I have 7.8). In Access, I don't have an option to upgrade player.

According to your profile info, you're running macOS 11.6.7 (Big Sur) - is that correct?
With Kontakt 7.9.0 (released 2024-03-27), the minimum supported macOS version was raised to 12.0 (Monterey).
If you can, update your macOS. Apple itself has ended official support for Big Sur in September 2023.

VP
