how to calibrate the faders or rotary knobs on your TRAKTOR KONTROL S2MK3 device

Hello everyone,

I have problems with my rotary knobs and faders.

The faders move on their own or vibrate in the TRAKTOR software.
The faders are fully closed (at the minimum position), but you still hear sound through your speakers or headphones.
The faders are fully open (maximum position), but the sound level from your speakers or headphones is not as loud as it should be.
The fader or rotary knob position in the TRAKTOR software does not match the fader or knob position on the TRAKTOR controller.
I consulted the file online, and it says except MK3!!!!!

does anyone have a solution?

I have the same controller. Unfortunately you can't calibrate any of that.

I suggest you get in touch with support. If unit is under warranty they will send you a tested refurbished unit. I had to do that because the fx wheels on my unit broke under 1 year use.

hello inner drum,
unfortunately no longer under warranty (since May 5, 2024 😥) and now I have the two mediums buttons which no longer work correctly.
I will have to buy a new controller.
In any case, thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to answer me.
now it's not luck that I need, but an agent for a new device 😁🤣
