How can I fix a sound delay on my keyboard?

I am using Alicia's Keys, and when I connect to an Amazon echo speaker or my bluetooth midi wire-connected keyboard, there's about a .5 second sound delay. I played with the latency settings in both Kontakt 6 and in Alicia's Keys with no help. I did notice however there is no delay when I connect to my laptop's Realtek® Audio, however there the volume is too still low even after putting my laptop and Alicia Key's at their max volume level output.
How can I put the volume up on the laptop or how can I fix the sound delay on the other speakers (the keyboard or external speaker)? Thanks!
