add serial number is problem

Hi,

I have a problem adding a serial number because my old computer where I had everything installed broke. Of course, I can no longer cancel the old installation. I bought a new computer and now I can't install a new sw on it with the same serial number.

Please help me.

You shouldn't have to add the serial again. Once the serial is registered to your account you simply install Native Access, log in to your account and install on the new computer.

Hello Jiri Flosman, as Jeremy said, you will not need to add the serial in your account again, and it will be enough just to login to your Native Instruments account in Native Access and all of your products should appear.

If this is not the case, you may be using a different account in your old computer, so we will need to merge your accounts to solve this issue. If this is the case, please contact the support, providing an old and new account individually, by requesting a support ticket or opening a chat support using this link below:
