Hello ! I purchased a 2nd hand Session Percussionist from a dealer. He correctly sorted the transfer of licence code which I input yo my NI account and it was recognised and a successful transfer .
However I'm unable to install it as it's missing in Native Access. It's not in the "available" tab .
To be clear the transfer was successful.
The so-called support has been useless. The AI chat I tried and I attached screenshots and zero response despite waiting 9 hours. Zero.
Any ideas ??
