Pedals with Komplete Kontrol 3.3.1 cannot be changed separately

On the newest version of komplete kontrol 3.3.1 i have the problem that i cannot use sustain pedal and expression at the same time (pedal a and b) with a S61 mk2.
i have a sustain pedal in pedal a configured to switch . when i change to pedal b for continous controller configuration pedal a is continious too . It seems that i cannot define both separately. LG Tom

@Headtuned I tried to reproduce the issue without success but I've noticed a little thing that could cause confusion. To navigate between Pedal 1 and 2, you need to click first on the little arrow, then on the pedal you want to setup, I hope you can see:
