How can i find my KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE library after update?

I purchased KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE DL and was using it well.

However, after yesterday's update, all the libraries I used were deleted.

I can't see the product in my account on the website. What's the problem?

I hope people who are struggling with the same problem will post answers.

There is NO such product. Komplete Ultimate is not a single product but a bunch of many instruments, fx and libraries… All your "Not registered" products are part of the Komplete :-)

To register, download and install them, you need Native Access 2.

I think in this case only native staff can help here I will tag @customercare they can look into your account and see what happened, what a normal user can't do.
