I need help from native to return the purchased product, not registered

Hello, I have decided that I want to return the voicesynth 2 product that I have just purchased because registration is required, which is annoying to me, I am asking for a refund because I did not download the product and did not register it, but I don't see any possibility of returning and receiving the money, why is there no such option? I am asking for help here because there is only artificial intelligence in the chat which is not intelligent and does not answer questions asked, which is pathetic, thank you very much

The key will be credited to your account so that you can download it. This is actually common practice these days, especially with digital purchases.

And digital goods are usually non-returnable everywhere.

If accounts annoy you then you shouldn't buy digital goods anywhere, just a tip for the future.

what irritates me is the registration process, not the productitself, I want to use it immediately after purchase and not sit infront of the computer and register the product, I think this isunderstandable, and there is no direct quick contact with native,which is also annoying :-)

So you want to use your product immediately, and you already have an account, it's the same one you use here in the forum.

The product has to get onto your computer somehow and to do that you have to download it - that's logical, right?

Simply install native Access and enter the registration code there, you can log in there with the same account as here in the forum, and then download your desired program!

I guess you mean VocalSynth 2, which is an iZotope product. Installation of their products requires use of the iZotope Product Portal.

Simply buying the product (via your account) has registered it to you, so all you need to do is download and install it. That does require sitting in front of your computer however, as does using the product.

ok, I understood from the instructions I received from you that I have to log in to the isotope website and go through some registration process there, so it's not as bad as it looks, thank you very much, I hope you are not angry with my messages, but please understand, you are not a small company and your contact system via so called artificia lintelligence requires refinement because it is not contact but no contact, thank you very much :-)

I some times sit in front of the computer, while pressing keys on the s 61 mk3 keyboard from native, but when I have to register the program on other websites and think about registration process, then I start to get nervous… :-)
