I'm having trouble with my Traktor S8 and its compatibility with my iMac 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7. I can't download the main program to use the controller. I previously paid for Traktor Pro 3, but I don't know which specific program I need to download for compatibility with my computer. I've tried all the options listed on this page:

.I can't seem to find the right program to make my mixer work. Can you help me? Thankshttps://support.native-instruments.com/hc/es/articles/210294645-Instaladores-de-Traktor-Pro-para-versiones-anteriores-de-sistemas-operativos

Usual way to get Traktor Pro would be to install Native Access, register your serial in your account (as long you didn't that before) and install Traktor Pro with Native Access. But Native Access only supplies the latest versions of NI software and it only does if this version is compatible with your operating system.

The only iMac model I can find which features an i7 with 2.9 GHz (2.93 GHz) is the Mid 2010 iMac 27", all younger iMacs with 2.9 GHz have an i5. (iMac Late 2013 21,5" was the youngest I found).

But for all iMacs with 2.9 GHz it is the same: Latest version of Traktor Pro 3 requires macOS 11, 12, 13 or 14. All these iMacs support only older versions of macOS. In case of the Mid 2010 iMac maximum macOS is 10.13.6, with the Late 2013 one it is macOS 10.15.7.

You can download installers for older versions of Traktor Pro 3 on the macOS compatibility site:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS

You will still need Native Access to activate your copy of Traktor. Otherwise Traktor will stay in demo mode.
