first off: is there no way to contact NI customer support anymore? Wasn't there a contact form once? Has this option been removed? What a poor customer support.
I'm facing an issue with Battery 4, perhaps someone of you can help with that?
My Battery 4 expansion libraries (that are installed in a separate external hard drive and also registered like that within Native Access) can't be accessed via Battery 4.
The error that comes up says "XXX could not be found in its original location".
When I go to the Battery 4 preferences and press the "rescan" button and try to point the folder to the correct location, the issue still can't be resolved.
I'm attaching screenshots for further explanation.
I've tried reinstalling Battery 4 and also tried deleting the folder in the "Application Preferences", but that didn't resolve the issue, but instead just resulted in the Expansion Kits not being displayed at all anymore.
Would be great if someone had an idea how to solve this.
