New expansion pack not showing despite serial being registered

Hello.

Long ime Maschine/ NI user here.

I recently purchased an expansion pack (samples and sounds, rather than full pack) and registered the serial in Native Access.

Previously, all expansions have appeared automatically in Native Access upon rescanning or restarting. However, this expansion has never appeared.

I have followed all suggested variations on installation, including following the download/content location and locating the files manually, but this pack has never appeared in Access, despite being a registered product in my online account.

I have the most recently updated version of Maschine 2, with Maschine Mk3 hardware.

Hoping for some help.

can you check online on the "my products page" that the expansion is there?

Which Expansion are you looking for, and what do you mean you purchased „samples and sounds, rather than full pack“? Perhaps it’s not a Maschine Expansion?
