has anyone had this issue I bought a renewed maschine + and it says the item is registered and I can’t register it. Anyone no how long it will take NI to resolve this issue?
Where did you buy it from? Did you put in a support ticket about it?
Amazon and yeah I put in a ticket this morning no response yet

You'll probably find that support will get back to you and want a copy of the receipt and a photo of the serial number from the base of the unit. As @maniacintosh81 said you're unlikely to get a response until at least Monday as support hours are Monday-Friday.
