ICH HABE TRAKTOR Z1 MIT Traktor Pro 4 bestellt aber nur LE 3 Version erhalten
I spoke with someone from their technical support for the same situation. I received the following reply: the date of purchase matters, if the purchase date is before 17th July Z1 will have Traktor Pro 3, and if the purchase date is after 17th July you will have Traktor Pro 4. If you have Traktor Pro 3 also in this case, you must contact technical support to update your software to Traktor Pro 4. They will ask you for the invoice.
