Trouble installing Scarbee Pre-Bass Library (Never installs)
I'm having trouble installing this library. From Native Access when I click "Install" I can see the image on the desktop as it's downloading. Once the progress is done downloading it says installing then finishes but it never installs. Native Access goes back to the screen as if I didn't install it.
I checked the location of my Content Libraries and it's not there. Did a global search and it's not anywhere. It basically downloads but doesn't install, but removes the downloaded file.
I'm on a Mac and all content libraries are on an external ssd with plenty of space. Is there any way I can manually download and extract the content?

Which Native Access version are you using, can you please download the latest Native Access 2 version(13.0.0) using this direct download link below:
Then, please retry to download your product.
If the issue persists, please try to uninstall you product(if there is some files from the installation) using the method in this Knowledge Base Article below:
How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer
Then, please restart your computer and your Native Access afterwards and retry to download you product again.

I received a reply from support today giving me a link to download the ISO installer directly. Unfortunately, when I run the installer I get this message.
