Instrument purchase with voucher from new keyboard

Hello, I've been trying to use my voucher for 6 days now and I can't get any help from customer service email or chat.

I'm not able to purchase anything. Says the code is not valid.

Can someone please tell me what instruments I'm able to purchase? I'd like to use as much of the voucher as possible IE a list of instruments (not bundles) around the $499 voucher price.

What is the voucher that you have and where did you get it from? Was it part of a Native Instruments offer? (Don't post any voucher codes here!)
