Purchased Used S61 from Guitar Center and I have the receipt

I purchased a used S61 keyboard from Guitar Center, and it was already registered to the person who sold it to Guitar Center before me. So when I tried to activate the SN it said that it was already registered to another account, but gave me options to open a ticket. There was a specific template for Guitar Center (and trusted stores like it) so I filled out everything and even uploaded the back of the keyboard and the receipt from Guitar Center. However, I just received a reply from Nani with Native Instruments support saying I need to contact the previous owner or there is nothing she can do. Obviously for security reasons Guitar Center is not going to tell me who sold the keyboard to them before me. Is this accurate and is there anything else I can do?

    I believe I already answered to you by DM, my colleagues also got back to you. They got in touch with Guitar Center and sorted it out.
