Installation...ARGGGGHHH!!!

I have now spent over three hours simply trying to install a newly purchased program through the Native Instruments app. Why do you have to make this so difficult! I managed to weave through all the Byzantine instructions to/with BestServices only to mistakenly install it in the wrong file folder. So trying it gives me "invalid file path." O.K, but following the instructions, well….the instructions are not clear. Find 'playbox' in a Kontakt library? In what? Native Instruments app? Just the file system? The Best Services app?? Please help. I'm at my wits end.

Which product did you buy? If it's Playbox do you have Kontakt or Kontakt player installed?

Well that was a challenge trying to figure out what was being referred to here…
Best Service (not Services) is a plugin vendor. Virtual instruments, loops, effects etc. so I guess the "recently purchased program" was one of theirs.
