Traktor will only play through left channel

I've tried the hardware and it's all fine but I've just purchased the latest Traktor Pro and it will only play through the left channel. I have an old Traktor Z1 which used to work with the demo version but also tried it through the Behriger UCA202 I use for streaming and the same problem occurs leading me to the conclusion it's something in the Traktor configuration set up. PS I'm not the best with IT!

So keep going through the options available on Intel Evo i7 Windows 10. You'll get there if your hardware is working correctly. It's always (almost always) going to be the internal sound card mapping in Traktor » Preferences. And if not let me know.
