Pro 4 compatibility with Numark 4Trak

Hello all.

I recently bought a 2nd hand Numark 4Trak as I wanted something that I could use as a stand-alone mixer for my turntables but also have Traktor capacity.

I had Traktor 2 on a hardrive, but transferred the license ages ago when I sold my S4, so loaded this up and the demo version works fine. I used the set-up wizard and it worked straight away after.

I then tried downloading Pro 4, and I can't get it to work. I've updated drivers for the 4Trak and loaded the suggested mapping from the NI site, but it's still not playing ball.

Is there a set-up wizard for Pro 4? Or is there another trick I can use to get this working? I'll buy Pro 4 if I can get it to work. I've reached out to NI support and had nothing back

I have.

The software seems to recognise the controller, as when I unplug it the mixer symbol changes colour, plus I'm getting audio through the controller/speakers, but I don't get any of the controls. I can also select the 4trax in the audio set up menu.
