Supreme Mod on the S8

I tried out the Supreme Mod on my S8, on Traktor 3.11.1. While I like the mod, conceptually, it was too buggy to use. The worst bug was that one of the two displays would just stop updating (it would randomly be left or right deck) and at that point only reloading a track into the deck would resurrect the display update loop.

I checked the code of the mod and found it diverged from the 3.11.1 upstream QML quite a lot. I kinda assumed that the mod was abandoned and moved on to the Erik Minekus' mod.

However, after the Traktor Pro 4 release, Aleix posted to the Patreon again. I got an email notification. So the mod is alive, but clearly it's broken on the S8.

I am not on the Patreon currently and not super eager to join again because last time I was there Aleix did not respond to comments with questions so I dont wanna pay money just for the off chance they ay respond this time :)

Nevertheless, Patreon aside, is anyone using the mod on the S8? What were your experiences with it?
