Kontakt 7 cannot open - win10/11

I installed Native Access 2 and Kontakt 7, and clicked "Open" below the Kontakt part:

It changed to "Opening…":

Then nothing happened, it's turned back:

When I try to open Kontakt from start menu, the mouse cursor starts rolling, then nothing happens…

I tried all of these methods, but they don't work: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004169849-Kontakt-Crashes.

Check your Installation Path at the bottom of that screen. It should say "C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 7\" and check that Kontakt 7 is shown there as a program and click it to see if it launches.

Yes, it is `C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 7` and the `Kontakt 7.exe` is shown there. I clicked it then the mouse cursor starts rolling and nothing happens. Same reaction with start menu shortcut.

Yeah it's sounding like something else is messed up in your configuration. Probably need to seek guidance from customer service on it because everything in your setup appears to be right.

In fact, of all these applications I installed by Native Access, only Battery 4 could be launched.

Komplete Kontrol/Kontackt 6 Player/Kontakt 7 have the same problem.
