So today i wanted to use my S4mk2 and connected my laptop to my setup as usual.

Wenn i turned on my S4 though i realized traktor doesnt recognize the S4 but windows does.

Even when i just plug in the power suppy and turn it on, it still the same.

The rest of the controller seems to work normal????

Is the second pic without USB connection? It looks like the USB cable is attached?! Unplug it and power up the controller. The controller should start with a "christmas tree" , means all LEDs power up in a sequence and turn off. After that it should look like this (+ EXT LEDs flashing). I have tested it with my controller (see attached pic):

You can try to restore the S4 . In Preferences→S4 MK3→Restore Default. ( I am not shure, but i think you have to unplug the controller first).

    Edit: Your Pic shows a S4 MK3. Your title says S4 MK2.
