TRAKTOR 4 Problem - cannot create stems

I'm trying to Generate stems in Traktor 4.0.2 for only one track at a time now, it tries to generate with the progress bar going all the way to the end then I get the error - "Cannot generate stems for file". I feel like with Traktor 4.0 stems were generating fine and 4 or 5 at a time.

Please help!
