Where are the error logs in 3.5 Mac? I'm getting an "ID3 tag could not be read for file ...." and there is not enough room in the window to see the entire directory structure. Thank you very much.
hey @Russ Cole - could you post a screenshot of what your window looks like when this happens?
also - generally, when this error comes up, it's related to a file or files that may be corrupted. I'd check out the steps in the link below and see if that helps:
