Akai LPD8 Mapping to Traktor Pro3

Akai LPD8 Not "Seen" by Traktor

Hi There.

I have already mapped the Akai LPD8 once, to a Laptop. It works perfectly. I am now trying to Map it to Traktor Pro3 on a Surface Pro 7+
The Surface Pro recognized the LPD8 and Set it up. But when I open Traktor, Select "New Generic MIDI" I then don't see the LPD8 in the IN and OUT PORTS.

I am running window 10

At the Moment I am using the full-size USB-A (If I get a cable, I will try the USB-C next)

I have tried multiple USB cables

I have re-started Traktor and the Surface Pro a few times.

the LPD8 is listed in the Bluetooth & Other Devices in Window setting, and is illuminated.

Any Suggestions what to try next.
