Maschine MK3 isn't responding anymore to the set-up projects

Any ideas? I'm stuck…

For some reason my Maschine MK3 (hardware) isn't responding anymore to the set-up projects, I've loaded up in the software. Whatever I do, it doesn't respond.

NI helped me out earlier, but that was a temporarily solution, because now, for some reason, it's totally blank!

Hope you guys have an idea how to fix this!

I posted this video just to see if it can be done, was easy. Ok, they don't allow the video to play, but there is a link in the grey screen that works. Ok, now after trying it twice, the video displays properly, go figure.

Awesome Brian, now, I should be able to do the same!

Here is the video I made.

Now, I hooked up the Maschine to my laptop, installed native access and it worked like a charm. For some reason, not on my desktop!

What am I missing here?

Are the Native instruments services running? Reinstall the driver.

Hi Robert, I'll try that when I get home. Thanks for your suggestion!

I did a reinstall of the maschine driver, hadn't looked at the NI services, but that is a fair point. Sounds to makes sense.

It's such a typical issue: everything working as it should on my laptop; such a great device the MK3, what a flexibility, I've only scratched the surface on what is possible, it seems endless!
And when I connect it to the desktop: totally not responding...

Anyway, please excuse me for the incomplete posts all the time, I guess I'm too much of a newbee to have "privileges" to post videos or anything like that at the moment. And when I think I've put everything in, the link doesn't work (it's stating I'm too new here to post links), and I forget to amend the text, and I couldn't adjust the text after posting it. Quite clumsy on my part.
