Is it possible to get a refund?

I purchased Komplete 14 but apparently I do not have enough space on my MAC. I haven't downloaded anything off of the Native Access program yet. I tried to contact the NI support earlier today but I haven't received an email back. Do you think I will be able to get a refund or am I screwed?

Unlikely to score a refund but then again you do not need to install every last byte right off the bat either.

And external drives are super cheap. Probably easier to just get an external and enjoy.
