Why does Native Access suddenly not recognize any of my licenses (the hell that is Native Access)?

I finally got hit with the Native Access hellish nightmare that others have had. Suddenly yesterday none of my NI software would load without a "purchase now" or "run demo" error message upon startup. Then my Native Access had various errors. After deleting the recommended files, restarting etc., nothing changed, so I tried a different version, which showed no licenses and wouldn't accept my latest Komplete v14 upgrade serial number. I'm just at my wits end, as I need my instruments to do my writing work. Any advice? Please rescue me from the Native Instruments hellscape that has descended upon me!

Hello Phattlippz, if the issue is continuing, I would advise this workaround

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again

Hello Phattlippz, sorry for continuing issue, if you are having issues with "Loading Products", please follow this workaround below:

For Win:

First please delete the User Registry entries of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:

Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left side of your screen.
Type "regedit" into the search field, then press Enter to open the Windows Registry Editor.
In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments >
Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" entries

Next please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:

Click the Windows Start Button on the bottom left of your screen.
Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
This will open the following folder location: C: > Users > *Your User Name* > AppData > Local
go into the Native Instruments directory and delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders

For Mac:

First please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:

Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders

Next please delete the UserUser plist of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:

Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Preferences >
Delete the com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist and com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist
restart your computer

Please let me know about the results afterwards☺️

Issue fixed (for now!). Here is what worked:

Trash Service Center: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Restart Mac, and restart Native Access. I had to restart Native Access 2x but the second time my instruments were found/loaded, and I was able to launch the stand-alone Kontakt 7 without a "demo mode" banner.

Well I have tried the most common recommendations:

Deleted the file named NativeAccess.xml from the Service Center folder.

Deleted the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders

Deleted the com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist and com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist

Made sure the Full Disk Access sliders were "on" for Native Access and NTKDaemon (already were)

Tried running "sudo /Library/Application\ Support/Native\ Instruments/NTK/NTKDaemon.app/Contents/MacOS/NTKDaemon" in Terminal.

Nothing yet has worked. Currently I'm in a never-ending "Loading Products" state wtih Native Access.

I had already tried the registry command / trashing NTK / Native Access Application Support files before and that did NOT work BTW. Maybe others have had success with that, I'm not sure.
