Komplete 8 Ultimate - Forgotten Serial Number

Hello!

I purchased N.I's Komplete 8 Ultimate quite a few years ago, and I've finally been able to my studio set up again, however, it's been such a long time that the Service Center is no longer available and it's now Native Access (as I'm sure you all know). That being said, I do not have my serial number for Komplete 8 and I cannot register my products! Also, I am using a new computer, just FYI. I don't know what to do and I'm hoping someone can please help me!

Update: Our support team was able to merge the OP's accounts and retrieve the serial number :)

If you purchased Komplete but never registered it - that is a huge problem.

NI won’t be able to supply you a serial nor can you actually use Komplete 8 today anyway.

Will definitely need to contact NI but not sure what they can do for you.
