Considering buying Guitar Rig 7

I am strong considering buying Guitar Rig 7. Is installing and activating the software fairly easy and trouble free?
I have no experience with an iLok, and I think Guitar Rig uses one. I guess a dongle is not required.
But I don't want to buy the software is activating it is a big hassle.

GR7 does not use an iLok.
It is downloaded, installed and activated via Native Access. (v3.11.1 currently)
