Help needed please

Hi there!

I could really do with some help on a number of questions and wish there was a telephone number to contact for support

  1. I've lost access to the email address used to register my NI products. I have emailed support asking for help to find my previous account (I had to make a new account just to be able to contact support!!) and help me transfer over my serial numbers
  2. I can't seem to download Kontact 7 or anything else via the NI 2 App - it's saying download failed/error - any idea why? I'm logged into my new account

    There's no telephone support now, it's all via web/email unfortunately. Support should get back to you with help getting your account and purchases back. I've heard they're busier than usual at the moment due to the summer sales but they'll get back to you at some point.

    Are your paths set correctly in the NA app? If you're having problems downloading I'd suggest putting in another support ticket as it seems to be a common problem at the moment so the more details the support team can get the better.
