I can't download Traktor Pro 3

Hello Native community,

So I am having a lot of problems. I have always used Traktor pro 3 with my Kontrol S2, but I lost the paper with license that comes with it. In the meantime I had problems with my laptop so I had to reinstall the windows again. I thought my license was connected already to my native account but now I cant install Pro 3 software and I don't know why, It just doesn't show it on my Native access. If anyone could help that would be awesome.
