Kontrol S61 MK3

Windows 11 doesn't recognize the keyboard. Windows is updated to current and I have everything installed as needed from Native Access. Studio One Version 6 Pro doesn't see the controller when I go to set up the controller. I tried up dating the keyboard with software updater and it doesn't recognize it, or in Komplete Kontrol stand alone. Any thoughts or ideas on how to make this keyboard recognize on Windows 11 computer?

Make sure you are using a new USB cable, not the one it came with; and also make sure using good cable connected to a port that supplies power on your PC, if not using power adapter. That is the main trick with these on Windows. (I'm using on Win10 and Mac Ventura.)

New cable seems to have worked. The original seems to be the issue. Thank you
