Out of the blue, many products now showing up as "Demo", including Kontakt
Truly blindsided by this, it happened out of nowhere. About half of my products are in "Demo" mode now. I tried consulting the article herehttps://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402377887121-My-Products-Are-Showing-As-DEMO-in-Native-Access
about what to do in this case but none of the fixes have helped. Is anyone else noticing this with the recent 3.11.1 Native Access update? Does anyone have any ideas with how to go about fixing this? I've tried logging in and out of my account and re-registering Komplete 14 with my serial, but nothing seems to help the "Demo" products.

Hello Nick, this issue is related to the latest version of the Native Access and we expect to solve this issue by the next update hopefully. Meanwhile, here is the workaround that can help you to solve this issue:
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again
This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,
Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:

I am having the same issue with registered/activated instruments working fine until recently…now showing as "Demo - Please activate." I've followed the steps above verbatim (it didn't fix the problem) and I've now downgraded to NA 3.8.1, but immediately a pop-up window appeared, saying the version would be upgraded to 3.14 when the application was closed. So running out of options and patience…
