Komplete Kontrol M32 Products won't load from browser

I've just bought the M32 and whilst it works in my DAW with individual plug ins, when I load Komplete Kontrol - all of my plug ins can be seen from the menu but Komplete Kontrol can't load them so that I can play them. This is really frustrating as none of the extra keys on the keyboard seem to be working

If there is an error, what does it say?

If you open Komplete Kontrol standalone (not within a DAW) does it work from the desktop at all, if not, post screenshots of error and explain what patch from what plugin you are loading.
