Kontakt 7 disappeared from Native Access and all instruments turned into demo

Hi. Suddenly Kontakt 7 disappeared from my Native Access (3.11.1) and all tools became demos. I followed the support advice but I didn't solve the problem. In a panic I bought 2 more versions of Kontakt and would like to get a refund. Please help me
