Hi folks,

Can somebody help me out on how to uninstall all the files from Native Access + libraries on windows so that I can do a fresh reinstall?

This is the only documentation I have found below but this needs to be updated as I don't want to do that manually…. I have Komplete 14 Ultimate, it would take ages.

https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209569069-How-to-Uninstall-Native-Instruments-Software-from-a-Windows-Computer

At the moment I have some subscription products appearing in Native Access while I am not subscribed anymore. It makes things really confusing… And since I cannot contact the customer support via email I request help here.

Thanks.

    Hello shernandez,

this article that you have mentioned, is mentioning the methods to uninstall your products from Windows but as you want to uninstall all of the products comes with the Komplete Bundle, it can take a lot of times as you said. Unfortunately we don't have a different Knowledge Base Article on this subject except from this article, however you can still check this post got shared in our community and maybe this might help:

According to the subscription issue, deleting the ras3 folder can help you to solve this issue. Please follow this workaround for this:

    1. Close the Native Access application.
    2. Navigate to the designated folder based on your operating system:

      Windows
      C: > Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments > Native Access > ras3

      Mac
      Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > Native Access > ras3

    3. Remove the specified folder.
    4. Reboot your computer and proceed to relaunch Native Access.

And please let me know about the results☺️
