s3 suddenly developed different jog wheel behaviour?

Hi team,

I have been using my s3 no problem for months now but suddenly when you touch the jog wheels while a track is playing the track will not scratch (but is being pitch bent instead)

I have looked online and in the setting and cannot find how to change this - I have reset the controller.

very frustrating indeed as I was trying to create a mix (which I do regularly!)

Did you press the jog button (red colour) and then switch decks (return to deck colour)?

This is the trigger to disable the touch-jogwheel function.
