Not seeing DOWNLOAD option in Native Access

Hands up. I admit to being irretrievably dumb.

I bought the 8Dio - Modern Scoring Bundle.

Registered the serial number in Native Access app on Windows.

Clicked the Add to Library button.

And got error message shown in the attached pic.

I checked. The library has all of my NI instruments.

I looked up the error.

It would appear that the path must include the downloaded files.

I don't see any option to download from with the NI Access app as shown in 2nd pic (which uploaded above the first one for some reason).

I would appreciate anybody with more brain power than I to steer me in the right direction, please.

    You need to get your version of Native Access up to current.

    That screencap is Native Access v1 - which is now pretty much retired. (and will be deactivated in Feb 2025)

    Get the latest here:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

    You will need to uninstall V1 first.
