is there a factory reset or something

i've had my maschine mk3 for a few months now and have been enjoying it,i recently bought an external drive and transferred all my information to my external and now my maschine isn't behaving right with all the missing content. i've tried several methods and watched numbers of videos and have yet to correct the problem. is there a way i can reset my maschine and just install everything again without losing any files or anything?

what exactly have you transferred from where to where? Normally you leave the programs and plugins where they are, you can move libraries to a new drive/folder and within native access you can relocate those libraries. https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005720489-Using-the-Repair-Relocate-All-Function-in-Native-Access

Also search for your user projects and make a copy, just to be sure you don't loose them. I would recommend that anyway from start on. I use a cloud service and additionally make manual backups locally.

i moved everything to my external drive,i wish i would have taken the time to do some research before i moved everything,i had no idea it would be this confusing and frustrating
