Error message saying: this hardware is already registered by another person. Can somebody help me?
If you bought it used you should contact the person you bought it from and ask if they can unregister the hardware unit from their account. or it is a B-stock product chances are that the hardware unit was already registered but not deactivated.
I would create a support ticket so NI can look into and fix the problem.
Mine wouldn't register when I bought it this Tuesday. and NI support helped me fix it yesterday.
