Windows 8.1 and reinstall Reaktor 4 and 5

I was able to reinstall Windows 8.1 after my computer crashed, but I can no longer install my Reaktor 4 and 5 program because the following error message appears when I click on Native Access: ‘The procedure entry point DiscardvirtualMemory was not found in the DLL C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\Native Access.exe’.
Despite all attempts to install the offered Native Instruments drivers, it did not work. Can anyone help me?

I have already tried that, but when I go to the downloads and have downloaded them, the following happens when I go to open: Windows keep opening and closing. You can continue working with the computer, but windows pop up all the time and close again by themselves. It only stops or can be restored when the computer is restarted, but the error message still appears.
Could it be due to the file (Kernell 32)?
I am at a loss.

Well, Reaktor 4 was never supported on Windows 8 IIRC, and it's in the list of the EOL products activation with Service Center.
