NI is offering me an upgrade to Komplete Standard 14 for $199.50. The only Komplete bundle I've ever installed is Komplete Select. I expect to see a lot of dupes because of my one-off spending habits since 2014. These specific items are being included in K14 Standard, but since I don't have them, how come they aren't showing up as "What's New For Me"? Do they only come in a full purchase of Standard?:
