Sound drop in Traktor s4 mk3

The audio cuts out after 5 mins of playing everytime, ive had the problem since i got the controller, thought it could be audio set up or the driver version, or my laptop, i updated everything, tried everything the support told me to do and even changed my laptop and i still having the same issue , i think the driver is broken or something, how can i get it repaired or replaced.

I don‘t think the driver is broken, much more users would have the same problem then.

Which operating system do you use? Is your S4 connected to the computer directly or via some sort of hub, docking station or adaptor? Have you tried different USB cables?

Yes directly to the computer, and ive tried different cables

Windows or Mac?

Could be a hardware fault with your device, can also be some awkward software configuration on your machine? Any chance to test another computer?

If it is really a hardware fault with your S4 Mk3 it depends on where and when you bought your device and if you still have some sort of warranty.
