Can't get the Metronome to sync

Just installed Maschine on a new computer and while everything seems to be working fine including the plug-ins I use, the internal metronome does not sync with the track. It seems to be going too fast! Never had this problem before. There is another support post about this issue and it's listed under "solved" but, the transcript doesn't explain how the problem was fixed.

Give us some details about the project. What is the BPM set to in Maschine? Are you using sampled loops? What tempo are the loops?

You never had the problem "before" - when was "before"? Was "before" on the same computer, same project, same Maschine version?

Where is the other post on the issue?

So, I have been working on a number of new projects, ON A NEW CPU. Doesn't matter the BPM in any particular project, the metronome is off beat. I have used both loops and midi drum tracks with plug-ins and directly from Maschine samples and the metronome is off. Tempo ranges from 85 BPM to 170 BPM

I've been using Maschine as my main DAW for at least 5 years and I haven't had this problem. Indeed, I'm working with a new CPU but, I don't have the problem in Ableton and Reaper.

There is a post in this forum where the user seems to be having the same type of problem. While it seems they were able to remedy the issue, they didn't offer HOW they were able to fix.
