Hi,
I changed my Motherboard after the last one died and have found that DrumMic'a isn't activated now. I know NI stopped allowing NEW installations, but this isn't a new installation. Problem is, I have a huge project I've been working on for over a year and a half and is 2 months away from delivery. I have my original serial and all the emails from when I installed DrumMic'a and need it reactivating as I obviously don't have time to rework all the drum tracks with something else. Has anyone had any joy from NI in getting theirs reactivated in a similar situation? I've submitted a support ticket. Thanks for any help.

First of all, make sure to tick this box in Native Access' preferences:

    Then try the following:

    1. Make sure Native Access is closed.
    2. Navigate to the following directory:
    3. C: > Users > Public > Public Documents
    4. Important note: Do NOT navigate to "C: > Users > *Your Username* > Documents"!
    5. Delete the folder Native Instruments.
    6. Restart Native Access.

If Native Access fails to reactivate it or it does not appear, try the following:

Please delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open Native Access:

    Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Repeat until it appears as activated.

Last alternative is to downgrade to Native Access 3.8.1

Open and refresh NA > Drummica should be activated now
